Every step in-house, from tear-out and subfloor prep to the last skirting nail. Each service can be quoted on its own or bundled with supply.

Floating installation

Click-lock over underlay: fast, clean, easy to lift if ever needed. Hybrid, laminate and most engineered timber.

Adhesive-bonded straight to the substrate for maximum stability. The standard for solid timber and most carpet on concrete.

Self-levelling compound on uneven slabs and timber subfloors before the new floor goes down. No hollow spots, no creaks.

Precision parquetry. We dry-lay every pattern first, plan around features and finish with hand-cut perimeter pieces.

Tear-out and rubbish removal for old carpet, timber, vinyl, tile or laminate. A clean substrate, ready for prep.

Removing, re-fitting or supplying fresh skirting boards and scotia, profile matched, sealed and finished.

Sand back, fill, stain if you like, and finish with water-based or hardwax oil. Tired timber back to new.

Bull-nose, square nosing or open tread. Stairs are detail work: each riser cut, fitted and finished individually.
